GARDEN TOAST - NO Charge - Garden may be used when available, weather permitting, as 30 min mingle at no extra charge, when available. Then, guests move inside for seated luncheon in the English cottage.. Ask about garden availability.
CURRENT RATES FOR EVENTS BOOKED from MAY 21, 2022 TO CURRENT over the phone for future dates, using our virtual tour videos to view property/events, as well as @shoogieboogies on Instigram. Secure via deposit over the phone. We email a confirmation receipt.

OPTIONAL GARDEN DINING - ADD $200 to pricing below, if feasible weather permitting. Otherwise, your event would remain in the cottage. Ask about garden availability.
Our gallery room package is one flat rate for 22 guests or under and includes all the items described above. If the headcount falls below 22, the difference is considered a rental fee, not a store credit. You may add up to 8 more guests in the gallery room for a max of 30 in the same room. $79.80 plus tax (includes gratuity) per additional guest. This can be done even after securing your date with a deposit, which allows you some time to confirm your headcount.

BETWEEN 31 & 45 GUESTS
Most events prefer to stay in one room of 30 guests or under, but for celebrations of life and some receptions, etc… they opt to have both rooms /whole property. The two rooms are separated by a foyer/small gift shop.
The combined max room total possible is 45 guests. The whole property would now be yours, as we would not seat other guests. The cottage room is in the same building, but it is separated by a small foyer area and small gift shop room. See Video Top Page.

Bottles of Wine: $39.95/bottle - serves 4 glasses
Coffee with Dessert: $7.95/guest – typically less than 10 our of 25 want with dessert. Must order prior to event with 10 cup min.
May Add Items from our Menu such as soup, lunch or dinner protein, etc... Ask us.
May Upgrade to 4 course package or something in between during the daytime. Ask us.
