GARDEN TOAST - NO Charge - Garden may be used when available, weather permitting, as 30 min mingle at no extra charge, when available. Then, guests move inside for seated luncheon in the English cottage.. Ask about garden availability.

$1295 plus tax (includes gratuity) – COTTAGE & MIRROR AREA luncheon - INCLUDES UP TO 9 guests, but may add optional 10th guest max at $76.98 plus tax & gratuity in a straight row in the cottage & use adjacent mirror area for presents, toast & cheese & crackers..
Our cottage room package is one flat rate for 9 guests or under and includes the luncheon package outlined above. If the headcount falls below 9,, the difference is considered a rental fee, not a store credit. Most all showers do need this are for presents.
COTTAGE ONLY luncheon/Excludes Mirror Area
This option available only 3 to 4 weeks out when date is still open. $692.82 plus tax and gratuity added - 7 TO 9 GUESTS - not for typical showers, more of a luncheon as described below. The difference below 9 guests is considered a rental fee. May opt to add 10th guest max at prorated rate.
This option is great for a bridesmaids luncheon or normal luncheon vs. a shower, where they are not bringing presents or limited to a purse size item under the chair and don’t mind us seating other guests/reservations a the mirror area shown in the video tour, adjacent to the cottage. Guests would have room for a purse/one small item under a seat. See Video Top Page.
With this option, guest enjoy the same luncheon package, with the Prosecco and cheese and cracker pedestals seated, rather than standing/mingling. The immediate English cottage has some level of privacy, as it is limited only to guests of the actual event. However, within a few feet from the cottage, we can reserve the other tables near the mirror area to other guests. We can still place for your one small favor at each place setting when requested in advance. However, for the comfort of other nearby patrons, this option does not leave room for any larger more distracting decorations, such as balloons, picture frames, etc... Hostess & guests are seated as a group promptly at start time and not early to maintain intimacy for nearby tables. See Video Top Page.
